The Victorian Terrace.
The Victorian house I know the best is the one my Grandmother used to live in. It's multi-level ground floor and high ceilings were somewhat of a challenge to recreate in Sims, but I have just about managed it. How well I have done so is up to you :). The trouble with the house is once built, it's 6x50 dimenions left a lot of empty lot, so I built another two houses in the terrace to make up for it.
The completed lot fits on 540 Mirabello Road in Sunset Valley, I had to knock down the community theatre to get the lot size.
