The old watchtower at the top of Sunset Valley has been restored and converted into a 1bed, 1bath cottage with stunning views.
Retaining the structure of the original 2 story watchtower, the cottage has been constructed on a single level around the base and comprises open plan living/kitchen/diner space which opens out onto a terrace. The terrace leads to a brick pathway and patio on which you will find a barbeque, picnic table and sun loungers - carefully positioned to make the most of the views over the bay and out to the lighthouse. The interior has been decorated in a coffee and cream theme, keeping the interior tones neutral to contrast with the riot of colour in the garden borders.
The cottage was built for Iosaira Rifter, who is available as a separate download.
Utilises goods and objects from the base game, World Adventures and Ambitions expansion packs, the sims3 store and the High End Loft Stuff stuff pack. No custom objects, but one custom pattern has been used for the brick walk ways and patio, fencing and the pool surround. This pattern is a 4 colour (3 brick, 1 mortar) masonary layout of a brick pattern.
